Come the end of May, Ethan will have left Xavier’s entirely. He’ll stay in close contact with anyone who desires to stay in contact with him, but he’ll have removed himself and will be living full time in his warehouse, managing his gang, that slowly turns into more of a resistance than anything else. His resistance pairs up with another run by a former soldier by the name of Para.

The following events are major factors in Ethan’s life that will ultimately change his entire life.

• Ethan will be caught by the government before Sector 8 is officially. He will be held in a cell for five days straight and on the fifth day, Ethan will undergo 18 hours of torture in order to extract information from him. Though he will not cave and eventually, Para and the resistance will break Ethan out of the governments holding cell. This is going to majorly effect Ethan.
• Directly after this both Para and Cain will die.
• Every cent Ethan ever made over his course as a gang leader will be sent to Scotland. Both of his parents manage to flee their home country and currently live a rather plush life in the Caribbean. He maintains no contact with them. 

For those who follow Ethan’s story, his gang is going to disperse. Para, the leader of his resistance is going to die, as well as Cain (who in my head canon is most likely in love with Ethan and maybe Ethan feels the same). Ethan will become more or a jaded person after these events, which lead him down the path of no resistance. Instead of being an activist for mutant rights and instead of owning and managing a gang, Ethan will basically give up.

Over the year in Sector 8, he will be more of a hermit than anything else. Folk lore will tell that Ethan is a monstrous being, or a savior depending on who is talking to who. He’s often given blame for Sector’s even starting, as well as Magneto taking part of the blame as well. Ethan keeps mostly to himself now and resides in the highest floor of an abandoned apartment building (and after talking to Aly, his room mate will be Riley).

Also, Ethan collects stray cats.
